Modeling and Fine Art Photo Sessions

Art Photo Sessions are allowed for the following themes:

Release and Terms Form

• Release and terms form is required the same day of booking or session will be canceled

Retainer

• $50 non-refundable retainer will be collected after I get release
• Retainer is required and applied to total
• I will send you a link to pay after I review information

I will send you booking schedule, retainer request, release and terms after approval.

Session

• $100
• First hour of shoot time
• 12 edited photos
• You also get photographer favorites

Additional Shoot Time

• $25
• 1/4 hour
• 3 edited photos

Important Information

• You get to remove photos you do not want anyone to see
• You also get photographers favorites photos along with your favorites included in session
• You do not need to decide before you book how long of a session you want (one hour minimum)
• You may add more shoot time, in quarter hour increments, on location (three hour maximum)
• Exceptional lighting skills
• Exceptional photo editing and retouching
• Pose examples and guidance

• Shoot time starts with first picture and ends with last picture
• Changing wardrobe is considered shoot time
• You can normally change wardrobe every half hour
• First hour is 60 minutes or less
• Quarter hours are 15 minutes or less

Discounts

• Photo session discounts do not apply to extra photos, add-ons or additional fees

• Your parent or guardian must attend photo session
• You cannot book sessions, fill out forms, make payments or conduct business
• Have your parent or guardian contact me

• You may reschedule if session is canceled by me for bad weather or other reason
• Body reshaping is extra
• All pricing and terms subject to change

Pick photos online

• I will send you an email with gallery links
• Pick photos by clicking the Heart next to photo
• Please let me know when your finished

You will be picking two rounds of photos.

• For the first round pick out ALL of the photos that you DO NOT LIKE
• These are the photos you never want anyone to see
• Use the Heart to pick out the bad ones (there is no other symbol)
• Contact me when your finished so I may reload gallery for Round 2 (your pics).

It is very important that you take your time in this first round.
I know this seems odd, however it works great!
I do this so I have a large selection, that you approve of, to pick my favorites from after you pick yours.
You will get all of the ones I pick for free.

• Pick the number photos included in your session
• You may purchase additional photos for $10 each. Let me know and I will setup a gallery to pick them.
• Contact me when your finished so I may start editing

• This can take days or weeks depending on my schedule and back log
• I edit and upload your pictures first
• I edit my picks when I have time (you get these for free)

• After editing I will upload photos and send you an email with links and password
• Gallery formats:
  • 16×9 format is good for Stories on Instagram or Facebook
  • 8×10 format is good for Post on Instagram or Facebook
  • 4×6 format is as shot in camera
  • Print gallery upon request
