Most State Parks allow photography without a permit as long as you do not interfere with normal day-to-day operations.
Certain locations require permits and special permission such as a property release.
Many landmarks require permits and fees to have them in your picture. This may sound unbelievable, but it’s true and you can get in trouble for using these images improperly.
