Modeling and Fine Art Photo Sessions

Booking Instructions

Next I will send you:

  • Booking calendar
  • Release form
  • Retainer request

First you will fill out the intake form.
Next I will send you a calendar to pick date and time for photo session.
Then I will send you a release form to fill out.
Once I receive the release form I will request a retainer.
All steps are required to reserve a photo session.

Minors

  • Parent or guardian must attend photo session
  • Have your parent or guardian fill out all forms
  • By law minors cannot fill out legal documents
  • It is unlawful to misrepresent yourself

If I sent you a booking calendar start on calendar (form NOT required).
Everyone else, please fill out application.

Aspiring Models (heavy social media experience but no modeling experience) *

Location Information

No TFP or free sessions at this time.

The Advantage

Photo Session Details

Required to Hold Session

  • Booking date (requested after intake form is received)
  • Release (requested after booking date is received)
  • $50 non refundable retainer (requested after release is received)

Rescheduling

  • If session is canceled by me for weather or other reason, you may reschedule
  • You may reschedule within 14 days of original booking date
  • If you must reschedule after 14 days of original booking date an additional $25 non refundable retainer must be paid

Number of People Included

  • 1

Additional People

  • Additional people in photos pay and fill out all forms as if they were a single model
  • Please feel free to invite a friend to assist you that is not in photos

Shoot Time and Wardrobe Changes

  • Sessions last one to two hours
  • You can normally change wardrobe every half hour
  • Please see the session checklist to prepare for session

Minors

  • Your parent or guardian must attend photo session
  • You cannot book sessions, fill out forms, make payments or conduct business
  • Have your parent or guardian contact me

Additional Photo Session Terms

  • Use of photos
  • You may reschedule if session is canceled by me for bad weather or other reason
  • Body reshaping is extra
  • All pricing and terms subject to change

After The Session

Picking Photos

Pick photos online

  • I will send you an email with gallery links
  • Pick photos by clicking the Heart next to photo
  • Please let me know when your finished

You will be picking two rounds of photos.

Pick Round 1

  • For the first round pick out ALL of the photos that you DO NOT LIKE
  • These are the photos you never want anyone to see
  • Use the Heart to pick out the bad ones (there is no other symbol)
  • Contact me when your finished so I may reload gallery for Round 2 (your pics).

It is very important that you take your time in this first round.
I know this seems odd, however it works great!
I do this so I have a large selection, that you approve of, to pick my favorites from after you pick yours.
You will get all of the ones I pick for free.

Pick Round 2

  • Pick your favorite photos.
  • Contact me when your finished so I may start editing.

Edit Photos

  • This can take days or weeks depending on my schedule and back log
  • I edit and upload your pictures first
  • I edit my picks when I have time (you get these for free)

Upload Photos

  • After editing I will upload photos and send you an email with links and password
  • Gallery formats:
    • 16×9 format is good for Stories on Instagram or Facebook
    • 8×10 format is good for Post on Instagram or Facebook
    • 4×6 format is as shot in camera
    • Print gallery upon request
