- Check “Help me get donations” if you want me to advertise for you

- Release form
After I receives tentative date and release
- I will set up your donation page (see example)
- Send people to page until session is paid for
All steps are required to reserve a photo session.
Donation Photo Session Cost
- Beach Location
- $250 paid by donations
- You may donate yourself to schedule sooner
- Approval required

Photo Session Details
Required to Hold Session
- Booking date (requested after intake form is received)
- Release (requested after intake form is received)
Rescheduling
- If session is canceled by me for weather or other reason, you may reschedule
- You may reschedule anytime until session is paid for
- After session is paid for you may reschedule one time for free
- All other rescheduling at $25 per occurrence

- You may bring a friend to help that is not in photos
Shoot Time and Wardrobe Changes
- Sessions last one to two hours
- You can normally change wardrobe every half hour
- Please see the session checklist to prepare for session
Photos
- 10 edited photos included with session
- You may purchase additional photos at $10 each
- You also get photographers favorites at a later date
Payments
- NO REFUNDS
- All donations are non-refundable
- Any overpayments are considered tips and non-refundable
- Session must be paid in full before shoot
- Credit/Debit Card/Cash App
Minors
- Your parent or guardian must attend photo session
- You cannot book sessions, fill out forms, make payments or conduct business
- Have your parent or guardian contact me

After The Session
Picking Photos
Pick photos online
- I will send you an email with gallery links
- Pick photos by clicking the Heart next to photo
- Please let me know when your finished
You will be picking two rounds of photos.
Pick Round 1
- For the first round pick out ALL of the photos that you DO NOT LIKE
- These are the photos you never want anyone to see
- Use the Heart to pick out the bad ones (there is no other symbol)
- Contact me when your finished so I may reload gallery for Round 2 (your pics).
It is very important that you take your time in this first round.
I know this seems odd, however it works great!
I do this so I have a large selection, that you approve of, to pick my favorites from after you pick yours.
You will get all of the ones I pick for free.
Pick Round 2
- Pick your favorite photos.
- Contact me when your finished so I may start editing.
Edit Photos
- This can take days or weeks depending on my schedule and back log
- I edit and upload your pictures first
- I edit my picks when I have time (you get these for free)
Upload Photos
- After editing I will upload photos and send you an email with links and password
- Gallery formats:
- 16×9 format is good for Stories on Instagram or Facebook
- 8×10 format is good for Post on Instagram or Facebook
- 4×6 format is as shot in camera
- Print gallery upon request
